Right now the whole West Coast is experiencing quite the heat wave. The only way to deal with these 100º days is cold drinks and lots of fans. Ian made some great tasting (and very fun!) pineapple rum coolers.
• Crushed Ice
• 1 cup white rum
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• (Optional) pineapple wedges for garnish
Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in one ounce of rum and two ounces of pineapple juice. Add one teaspoon sugar and mint, then stir. Enjoy!
